📜 Spies Villa — Terms & Conditions

1️⃣. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made at Spies Villa Guest House, whether through our website, NightsBridge, Booking.com, Airbnb, LekkeSlaap, or any other platform.
By confirming a reservation, guests agree to these Terms and accept responsibility for ensuring all information provided is accurate.

2️⃣. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and verified.

• Guests will receive a booking confirmation email with all stay details.

• Rates are quoted per room, per night, and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Spies Villa reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation if:

• Payment is not received within the required time frame.

• False or incomplete guest information is provided.

3️⃣. Payment Terms

• Payments for direct bookings on our website are securely processed via NightsBridge / PayBridge, which supports South African payment methods.

• For bookings made through other platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, LekkeSlaap), the payment and refund policies of those platforms apply.

• Outstanding balances must be paid prior to or upon arrival, depending on the booking policy selected.

4️⃣. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is as follows:

• Flexible – 1 Day Policy:
  Cancellations made at least 1 day before check-in will receive a full refund.
  Cancellations made less than 1 day before arrival, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the first night.

For bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb, or LekkeSlaap, guests must cancel through the same platform to ensure proper processing.

5️⃣. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 14:00 – 20:00

• Check-out: 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged by prior request and is subject to availability.

Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

6️⃣. Occupancy

• Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.

• Additional guests are not permitted unless pre-approved by management.

• The registered guest is responsible for the conduct of all persons in their party.

7️⃣. House Rules

To ensure comfort and safety for all guests:

• No smoking is allowed inside the rooms or common indoor areas.

• Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

• No pets are allowed, unless specifically arranged.

• Please take care of property furnishings and report any damages immediately.

Management reserves the right to charge for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after check-out.

8️⃣. Liability

While every precaution is taken to ensure guest safety, Spies Villa and its staff will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.
Guests are encouraged to ensure their personal belongings are secure at all times.

9️⃣. Privacy

Personal data collected during bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
We only collect information necessary to manage bookings and enhance guest experience.

🔟. Changes to Terms

Spies Villa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The version published on our website at the time of booking shall apply.
